We are seeking our first eCommerce & Performance Marketing Manager to own our digital revenue engine across DTC, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and key partner channels (including Amazon). This role is for an operator, not a coordinator, and sits at the intersection of growth, data, and execution. You will be responsible for optimizing our owned websites, ensuring clean analytics and attribution, building lifecycle programs, and driving efficient growth across paid channels, working closely with outside agencies while owning results internally. You will have real ownership, room to grow and the opportunity to build a scalable digital growth engine involving a global brand. This is a full-time role that will be based out of our office in Beverly Hills.

Responsibilities:
- eCommerce & Website Optimization
- Own performance of our DTC websites
- Optimize conversion rate and analyze traffic quality, funnel drop-off, and revenue drivers
- Partner with design/dev agencies to prioritize and QA site improvements
- Analytics, Attribution & Instrumentation
- Ensure proper instrumentation across GA4, Meta, Google, TikTok pixels and conversion tracking and attribution
- Audit agency work to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Build dashboards and reporting that clearly connect spend → revenue → CAC/LTV
- Lifecycle Marketing (Email & SMS)
- Own setup and ongoing optimization of Klaviyo
- Build and optimize:
- Welcome flows
- Abandoned browse/cart
- Post-purchase and replenishment
- Subscription and retention programs
- Manage campaign calendar tied to launches, promos, and seasonal moments
- Drive repeat purchase and LTV growth
- Paid Media & Performance Marketing
- Own performance across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube as applicable) and TikTok
- Coordinate creative testing with agencies
- Continuously optimize toward CAC, ROAS, and MER targets
- Marketplace Support (Amazon & Partners)
- Support Amazon channel performance through:
- PDP optimization inputs
- Promo coordination
- Attribution and halo analysis
- Align DTC and marketplace strategies to avoid channel conflict
- Support Amazon channel performance through:
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce, performance marketing and/or digital strategy (CPG, food & beverage or high-growth DTC brands preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B testing, multivariate experiments leading
- Managing SEO/SEM, email, keyword search, acquisition tools and paid strategy
- Working with Shopify (or similar DTC platforms)
- GA4 and digital analytics
- Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo strongly preferred)
- Preferably, experience with:
- Amazon Seller/Vendor Central experience
- Subscription and replenishment-based products
- Familiarity with server-side tracking or advanced attribution setups
- Understanding of social-first brand building and influencer marketing
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into strategy
- Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning numbers
